Members of the WSA created the USRA (formerly the WSRA)
out of necessity for the west coast retailers, to give them a
voice in the shoe industry. Since then, we have expanded
our benefits to be of service to the retailer nationwide.

USRA is an organization serving the independent shoe retailer.
USRA provides the independent retailer with special benefits to enable them to run their businesses in a more profitable manner. Membership in the USRA will help cut operating costs and increase the bottom line.
