USRA’s “Retail Advisory Panel” (RAP)

USRA strongly believes in Partnerships and works to enhance and strengthen ties within the industry.

For Retailer To Retailer Networking,

The “Retail Advisory Panel” (RAP) is comprised of USRA Members, with expertise in specific areas of business, who are willing to share their experience and knowledge with other USRA Members.  This distinguished group is comprised of all types of Independent Shoe Retailers.  Some have one store, some have two and some have multiple.  Some of these Retailers are Euro-Comfort oriented, some are Fashion, some are Athletic and some are a combination of styles.  There are Men stores, Women’s stores and Family stores.  We have done our best to put together a combination of store types so we can assist all types of Shoe Retailers.
This Panel has signed on to assist other Members, so if you have a question and would like another Shoe Retailer’s opinion, just call the USRA Office at 818-703-6062 or email Linda@USRAonline.org.

The people who serve as 'advisers' in the USRA "RAP" benefit program do so because of their commitment to the USRA organization and to the independent retailer. Uniting the Shoe Industry

The May Event is a unique opportunity to utilize the resources of the Shoe Industry’s
strongest Independent Retailers & Vendors.
The MAY EVENT creates and strengthens Partnerships:
Whether it is Retail/Retail, Retail/Vendor or Vendor/Vendor….
We can all learn something from each other.

That is what we do at the MAY EVENT.  We “NETWORK” together.
There are Speakers, Workshops, Round Tables and Panels involving Retailers, Sales Reps and Vendor Executives. The USRA May Event offers many different ways to
share and disseminate information.

This is all done in a beautiful resort setting.  Our annual Golf Tournament takes place on Sunday morning.  The seminar portion begins on Sunday afternoon with an amazing Keynote Speaker followed by Networking and Orders.  The evening starts with our Cocktail Party, Banquet Dinner, Golf Awards and ends with exciting Entertainment
Monday is our exciting and fast-paced “Meet The Pros” forum, a unique opportunity to receive information from the Industry’s strongest and most knowledgeable. Then, attendees participate in Workshops, Networking, another Cocktail Party, Banquet Dinner and evening Entertainment.  Tuesday finishes off this amazing event with another
Dynamic Speaker.

Vendors have the opportunity to display their shoes throughout the entire three days, giving Retailers a chance to look at the lines in a very relaxed atmosphere.  Not only can they look at the shoes, but many Vendors offer a minimum 5% discount on any orders left during this three day event.

So whether you are in Retail or in Wholesale, a Sales Rep or an Executive….
