Dear Manufacturer,
We would like to invite you to be a Sponsor of the 17th annual May Event. The Event will be held on May 4, 5 & 6, 2010 at the Westin Mission Hills in Palm Desert, CA. The May Event is a unique Event which brings Retailers, Vendor Executives, and Sales Representatives together to network and do business in a relaxed atmosphere. Our goal is to strengthen and enhance the Partnerships so vital in the industry today.
This is all done in a beautiful resort setting. Our annual Golf Tournament and Service Day all take place on the first morning. The seminar portion begins on that afternoon with an amazing Keynote Speaker or Panel followed by Networking and Orders. The evening starts with our Cocktail Party, Banquet Dinner, Golf Awards and networking. Day Two is our day for interaction through Panels and/or Workshops where attendees hear from our industry’s strongest and most knowledgeable, another Cocktail Party, Banquet Dinner and more networking. The last day finishes off this amazing event with another Dynamic Speaker. The information received at this unique Event can be used in all aspects of the Shoe Industry.
May Event Sponsors are advertised in the publicity regarding this year’s May Event (Newsletters, Websites, Email Blasts, Footwear Plus, Footwear Insight and our May Event mailings). The list of Retailers who attend this Event is extremely impressive. Many Sponsors participate in an optional 5% Discount Program. A list of these participants is mailed out to all Retail Attendees and is listed in the Event booklet.
Enclosed you will find Sponsorship information and forms. Please fill the forms out completely and return them along with your $4000 payment. Please note that Sponsors receive 2 rooms (single occupancy) with their package. Due to space limitations and to ensure your company is listed in our advertising, it is imperative that you return your forms and payment immediately.
